The Double Rooms Without Balcony are between 27 and 30 m² in size and provide space for up to three persons. They have a wooden floor and are equipped with solid wood furniture of domestic oak and spruce. They offer a comfortable double bed, a cosy living area, and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Moreover, the double rooms are equipped with a wellness bag with bath and sauna towel as well as bathrobe, TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, mini-fridge, safe and a hairdryer.

The Double Rooms Basic are between 27 and 30 m² in size and provide space for up to three persons. They are equipped with solid wood furniture and offer a double bed, a cosy sitting area, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet and a small balcony with view to the village. Moreover, the double rooms are equipped with a wooden or carpeted floor, a wellness bag with bath and sauna towel as well as bathrobe, a TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, mini-fridge, safe and a hairdryer.

The Comfort Rooms without Balcony are about 30 m² in size and provide space for up to four persons. They are equipped with solid wood furniture and offer a double bed, a cosy living area and a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. Moreover, the Comfort Rooms are equipped with a wooden floor, a wellness bag with bath and sauna towel as well as bathrobe, TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, mini-fridge, safe and a hairdryer.

The west-facing Double Rooms Garden View are between 26 and 30 m² in size and provide space for up to three persons. They are equipped with solid wood furniture. A balcony offers a wonderful view to the extensive gardens and the Tyrolean mountain scenery. Inside the rooms, there is a comfortable double box-spring bed, a sitting area (with bed couch), a desk and a modern bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Furthermore, the double rooms feature a wooden floor, a wellness bag with bath and sauna towel as well as bathrobe, TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, mini-fridge, safe and a hairdryer.

The Junior Suites Garden View are about 35 m² in size, provide space for up to four persons and include a south-facing balcony with view to the mountains and the beautiful gardens. For particularly convenient and restful holidays, there is an integrated living area (with bed couch), a desk as well as a cosy double box-spring bed in each room. Moreover, the Junior Suites Garden View feature a wooden floor, a modern bathroom with shower and separate toilet, a wellness bag with bath and sauna towel as well as bathrobe, TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, mini-fridge, safe and a hairdryer.

The Suites Alpine are approximately 40 m² in size, offer space for up to 4 persons and have a balcony or terrace with a view of the skiing and hiking area in Fiss. The suites have a bedroom with a double box-spring bed and a sitting area. Moreover, there is a separate living area with a (bed) couch and a folding bed, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet and a walk-in wardrobe. In addition, the Suites Alpine have a wooden floor, two TVs, Wi-Fi, telephone, mini-fridge, safe and hairdryer.

The Family Suites are about 52 m² in size, provide space for up to six people and are equipped with valuable solid wood furniture of domestic oak and spruce. They offer a comfortable large-sized home for families. The Family Suites are furnished with a parents’ bedroom with double bed, a children’s bedroom with bunk bed or two single beds, a cosy living area with seating ensemble (mostly integrated in the parents' bedroom), a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a balcony. Besides, all the suites feature a wooden or carpeted floor, TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, mini-fridge, safe and a hairdryer.

The Family Suites Deluxe are between 67 and 78 m² in size, provide space for up to six persons and offer a comfortable large-sized home for families. They are furnished with a parents’ bedroom with double bed, a children’s bedroom with bunk bed or two single beds, a cosy living room with seating ensemble, two bathrooms with toilet, and a balcony with view to the Tyrolean mountains. Besides, they feature a carpeted floor (for the most part), a wellness bag with bath and sauna towel as well as bathrobe, TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, mini-fridge, safe and a hairdryer.

The Suites Alpine Superior are approximately 48 m² in size, offer space for up to 5 persons and have a balcony with a view of the skiing and hiking area in Fiss. The suites have two separate bedrooms, each with a double box-spring bed. Moreover, there is a shared bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and a separate living area with a sitting area and (bed) couch. In addition, the Suites Alpine Superior have wooden floors, three TVs, Wi-Fi, telephone, mini-fridge, room safe and hairdryer.

The modern panorama suite is approx. 110 m² in size, offers space for up to five persons and has a south-facing balcony with a view of the garden and the mountain landscape. It has a parents' bedroom with a double box-spring bed, a TV and a walk-in closet made of pine wood and a children's bedroom with a sink and a walk-in closet. In the open living/dining area there is a tea kitchen with coffee maker and kettle, a dining table with chairs and a double sofa bed with TV. In addition, the suite has a wooden floor, a modern bathroom with shower and toilet, Wi-Fi, telephone, safe and hairdryer. The panorama suite is located on the 4th floor, with access from the third floor via a staircase.

The Single Rooms Basic are about 20 m² in size, provide space for up to two persons and have a small east-facing balcony in direction to the village. They are furnished with a single bed, a bed couch and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Moreover, the Single Rooms have a wooden floor and feature TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, mini-fridge, safe and a hairdryer.

The Single Rooms Garden View are about 20 m² in size, provide space for up to two persons and have a west-facing balcony in direction to the garden, the pools and the mountain scenery. They are furnished with a box-spring bed with a width of 1,40 m, a bed couch, a desk, and a modern bathroom with shower and toilet. Moreover, the Single Rooms have a wooden floor and feature TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, mini-fridge, safe and a hairdryer.
