Arrival by train
We would like to make a small but decisive contribution to the environment and encourage you to travel by train. If you take the train for the entire journey and stay with us for at least three nights, we will be happy to pick you up from the train station Landeck-Zams with our electric bus and bring you there on your return journey. This service is included in your stay from three nights (subject to availability with advance notice and proof of train tickets).
Equipment for toddlers
For your toddlers from 0-2 years, a crib (60 x 120 cm) with bed snake, blanket and pillow is already available on your room upon your arrival. In addition, we provide a nappy bucket in the room and a high chair (from the brand Hauck) with children's tableware at your table in the restaurant. In addition, you are welcome to have a kettle on request.
Booking your holiday
When making a booking, a down payment of 30 % of the total amount will be charged. In your booking confirmation, you will find the details for a bank deposit (the amount, our bank account details and the payment reference) as well as a link for a down payment by credit card.
Once we have received your down payment, we will send you a confirmation email.
Check-in, Check-out & Late Check-out
On the day of arrival, your room is ready for you from 04.00 pm. If you arrive earlier and the room is already ready for occupancy, you can of course make yourself comfortable earlier in your holiday home. Our reception is open daily until 09.00 pm. If you would like to arrive at a later time, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance.
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 am. Late check-out is available on request and at an additional cost. You are welcome to inquire about your options during your stay at our reception.
Charging stations for electric cars
In the underground garage (distributed on both floors) you will find the following marked charging stations for your electric car:
- Two Type 2 Wall Connectors for Tesla vehicles
- Nine Type 2 Wall Connectors for all car brands
You are welcome to park your car right there and start charging. The use of the charging stations is included in your stay.
Massages - Do I need to book them in advance?
If you would like to book a massage for your upcoming holiday, feel free to make an appointment at check-in. You are also welcome to contact us a few days before your arrival and make an appointment.
Persons paying the regular price
At least one guest will be charged with the regular price in the single rooms, at least two guests in the double rooms, comfort rooms, Junior Suites, Suite Alpine and Panorama Suite. Also in the Family Suites, Family Suites Deluxe and Suite Alpine Superior, a basic price per room is calculated, which corresponds to at least four guests paying the regular price.
Travel insurance
You can easily and conveniently take out travel insurance for your upcoming holiday.

Payments are possible in cash, by credit card (MasterCard, Visa) and by EC debit card. Please note that we do not accept American Express credit cards and consider the applicable card limits.

Our opening hours of the public spaces and the meal times are as follows:
- Reception: 07.30 am - 09.00 pm
- Indoor and outdoor pools: 07.00 am - 07.30 pm
- Garden sauna: 11.00 am - 07.30 pm
- Spa area: 02.30 pm - 07.30 pm (when it is bad weather from 11.00 am)
- Fitness room: 07.00 am - 10.00 pm
- Breakfast buffet: 07.30 - 10.00 am
- Afternoon buffet: 01.30 - 05.00 pm
- Dinner: 06.30 - 08.00 pm
Parking
During your holiday, you can park your car in our spacious parking garage which is included in your stay. The entrance height is 2.20 m. We kindly ask you to keep the parking lots in front of the hotel clear.
There are designated parking spaces for check-in and check-out at the entrance to the underground garage which you are welcome to use when arriving. Afterwards, you have free choice of place. In front of the underground garage, there is a ground-level hotel entrance which leads directly to the elevator as well as to the reception and the rooms.
Restaurant
On the first evening we will accompany you to your table which is reserved for you throughout your stay (both for breakfast and dinner). To enjoy the afternoon buffet, you can either take a seat in our cozy fireplace lounge or make yourself comfortable on the sun terrace. In the evenings, we would like to ask you for appropriate clothing in our restaurant.
Our meal times in the Hotel Fisserhof are as follows:
Breakfast buffet: 07.30 - 10.00 am
Afternoon buffet: 01.30 - 05.00 pm
Dinner: 06.30 - 08.00 pm
Distance to the cable cars
From the Hotel Fisserhof, it only takes a 5-10 minutes' walk to get to the valley station of the cable cars in Fiss. You are welcome to take our ski shuttle for quick and easy access to your skiing pleasure.
Booking skiing lessons
In general, it is advisable to book your skiing lessons before the start of your holiday - directly through the ski school Fiss-Ladis. If you have further questions regarding your skiing lessons, you can check the "Frequently Asked Questions" section of the ski school.
The ski school Fiss-Ladis is located directly at the valley station of the cable cars in Fiss. It only takes a 5-10 minutes' walk to get there. You are also welcome to use our convenient ski shuttle during your stay.
Ski passes & ski depot
You have various possibilities to purchase your ski passes for the skiing area Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis at the reduced guest card rate:
- Directly at our reception
- At a cash desk of the cable cars Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis
- In the online store of Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis. After your check-in at the hotel you will receive an e-mail with all information. The purchased ski passes can be
- picked up at a pick-up machine at the mountain railroads
- picked up at the hotel reception
- connected with your Fisserhof-Card (room key)
Please note that we cannot issue half-day passes, ski passes for beginners and single tickets, though. Here, you can find the ski pass prices.
The use of the ski depot/locker at the valley station of the mountain railway in Fiss is included in your winter holiday. In a ski locker, there is space for the entire ski equipment of two adults. Thus, you can leave your skis, ski boots, helmet, gloves, etc. in the locker during your entire ski holiday.
On the day of departure you are welcome to use the ski depot for the whole day.
Ski shuttle
It is only a 5-10 minutes' walk to get to the cable cars and ski school in Fiss. In winter we offer a ski shuttle as an included service which starts directly in front of the hotel entrance. In the mornings we take you to the mountain railways in Fiss with our electric bus from 08.15 am and pick you up in the afternoon until 17.00.
Sport shops & rental
At the valley station of the Möseralmbahn, Schönjochbahn and Sonnenbahn in Fiss, there are three sports shops with expertise in ski rental: Sport Schmid, Intersport Pregenzer and Sport Krismer.
At the valley station of the Waldbahn in Fiss there is the sports shop Fiss Sports where you can also rent your ski equipment.
Please note that we do not cooperate with any of the sports shops.
