If you have any allergies or intolerances, please let us know at least 7 days before your arrival.

Please note that our spa area and the gym are not permitted for children and adolescents under the age of 15. In our swimming pools and in the garden sauna (textile sauna), however, everyone is always welcome.

We would like to make a small but decisive contribution to the environment. We are always happy when our guests take the entire journey by train. In order to promote this even more and to encourage you to take the most environmentally friendly form of travel, we offer you to pick you up from the station Landeck-Zams with our electric bus and bring you there on your return journey when everyone of a room is travelling the entire way to and from the hotel by train. This service is included in your stay from four nights (subject to availability with advance notice and proof of train tickets).

For your toddlers from 0-2 years, a crib (60 x 120 cm) with bed snake, blanket and pillow is already available on your room upon your arrival. In addition, we provide a nappy bucket in the room and a high chair (from the brand Hauck) with children's tableware at your table in the restaurant. In addition, you can also have a kettle, a step stool or a baby bath on request (subject to availability).

We use a baby monitor integrated into the hotel telephone, which is connected to your mobile phone. Simply come to our reception for the set-up and further information. Please note that there is a small telephone charge for calls.

In order to protect our environment and avoid unnecessary waste, we kindly ask you to bring your own bathing sandals. If needed, we will be happy to give you bathing slippers (for adults) at the reception.

When making a booking, a down payment of 30 % of the total amount will be charged. In your booking confirmation, you will find the details for a bank deposit (the amount, our bank account details and the payment reference) as well as a link for a down payment by credit card.

Once we have received your down payment, we will send you a confirmation email.

On the day of arrival, your room is ready for you from 04.00 pm. If you arrive earlier and the room is already ready for occupancy, you can of course make yourself comfortable earlier in your holiday home. Our reception is open daily until 09.00 pm. If you would like to arrive at a later time, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance.

On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 am. Late check-out is available on request and at an additional cost. You are welcome to inquire about your options during your stay at our reception.

We would like to politely ask you to wear adequate clothing in the restaurant in the evenings. Coat and tie are, of course, not necessary - long trousers are appreciated, though.

The Fisserhof Card - your room key is also the Super.Summer.Card.in summer and the key for the ski depot as well as (if acquired) the ski pass in winter

Pets are welcome at the Hotel Fisserhof and can join you on the sun terrace and in the fireplace lounge. The cost is € 25,- per day (excluding food).

In the underground garage (distributed on both floors) you will find the following marked charging stations for your electric car:

• Two Type 2 Wall Connectors for Tesla vehicles
• Nine Type 2 Wall Connectors for all car brands

You are welcome to park your car right there and start charging. The use of the charging stations is included in your stay.

If you would like to book a massage for your upcoming holiday with us, you can simply do this when you check in at our reception. You are also welcome to contact us a few days before your arrival to make an appointment.

At least one guest will be charged with the regular price in the single rooms, at least two guests in the double rooms, comfort rooms, Junior Suites, Suite Alpine and Panorama Suite. Also in the Family Suites, Family Suites Deluxe and Suite Alpine Superior, a basic price per room is calculated, which corresponds to at least four guests paying the regular price.

You can easily and conveniently take out travel insurance for your upcoming holiday.

We ask for your understanding that we cannot promise certain room numbers or floors.

Payments are possible in cash, by credit card (MasterCard, Visa) and by EC debit card. Please note that we do not accept American Express credit cards and consider the applicable card limits.

We ask you to indicate your booking number as payment reference when making your down payment so that we can allocate it correctly. You can find the booking number in your booking confirmation.

If you follow a vegan diet, please let us know at least 14 days before your arrival so that our kitchen team can prepare a delicious vegan menu for you every evening. At the breakfast buffet you will find fruit, fruit salad, bread and various types of muesli as well as special vegan products such as oat drink, almond drink or (on request) soya yoghurt.

You will find a wellness bag with bathrobes (for adults and children) and bath towels as well as sauna towels in your room. In addition, various amenities as well as hair shampoo, hand soap, body lotion, towels and a hairdryer are available.

For cycling enthusiasts, we offer the following included services in the Hotel Fisserhof:

• Bike room incl. lockable area for safekeeping
• Opportunity to wash your bike
• Repair options, tools and workstand
• Laundry service for cycling clothes
• Competent advice & GPS data

During holidays, we offer child care for children from the age of 3 in the evenings. Your kids are welcome to come by our children's room and spend a great time with their peers. Here, you can find out about the exact times of our child care.

The children’s and youth room is also open every day when there is no child care.

During your holiday, you can park your car in our spacious parking garage which is included in your stay. The entrance height is 2.20 m. We kindly ask you to keep the parking lots in front of the hotel clear.

There are designated parking spaces for check-in and check-out at the entrance to the underground garage which you are welcome to use when arriving. Afterwards, you have free choice of place. In front of the underground garage, there is a ground-level hotel entrance which leads directly to the elevator as well as to the reception and the rooms.

On the first evening we will accompany you to your table which is reserved for you throughout your stay (both for breakfast and dinner). To enjoy the afternoon buffet, you can either take a seat in our cozy fireplace lounge or make yourself comfortable on the sun terrace. In the evenings, we would like to ask you for appropriate clothing in our restaurant.

Our meal times in the Hotel Fisserhof are as follows:

Breakfast buffet: 07.30 - 10.00 am
Afternoon buffet: 01.00 - 05.00 pm
Dinner: 06.30 - 08.00 pm

In the basement you will find changing rooms with showers as well as lockers for your luggage. You are welcome to use these if your room is not ready when you arrive or if you would like to use the day of departure in Fiss for skiing or hiking.

The use of Wi-Fi and Internet is included in your stay and is available throughout the hotel.
